Details

Frank Gladstone Menzies was a lawyer, public servant and older brother of Robert Menzies. Frank Menzies served in the first AIF from 1915 to 1919. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in May 1920 and was gazetted crown solicitor in April 1926. In 1920 he stood unsuccessfully for Nationalist pre-selection for the Legislative Assembly seat of Toorak. Menzies retired as crown solicitor in December 1954.
